Salary: £30,000 to £39,000 DOE, plus performance based bonuses
NonStop Care is working with a Children's Residential Service in the North West in order to recruit for a Registered Manager to join the team in one of their homes.
This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to progress in your career within Children's Residential Services, as their supportive Senior Management Team are happy to take on a Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in their career. They are a growing company, so there are also plenty of opportunities for more senior candidates who want to continue to grow and develop in their career.
Responsibilities:
You will oversee a 3 bedded home for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. The home has a Good Ofsted, and a well established team of Support Workers and Senior Support workers. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the home, as well as holding accountability for the regulatory and financial performance of the home.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Registered Manger or Deputy Manager role in Children's Residential Services
- Level 5 in Management or willingness to work towards this
- Full UK Drivers license
