This could be perfect for you! We are representing a clinically backed pharmaceutical company who is ready to launch a range of luxury consumer products across global markets.

They want a passionate and creative digital marketing manager with hands on and strategic experience, in eCommerce, global luxury market engagement to join a new creative hub based in Leatherhead. This role will always be partially home based as the company embraces a new hybrid way of working but travel to the office will be required as needed to direct digital marketing initiatives .

Key result areas:
* Establish paid and earned digital campaigns across existing and new social media channels, including setting and analysing KPIs/ROI, and end-to-end campaign management
* Establish and build digital audiences for a range of products and brands
* Maintaining state of the art in digital marketing tools within the business
* Ownership of content development, working closely with creative and technical staff to deliver on innovative narratives and campaigns for social media channels
* Maintenance of web platforms content for internal and external audiences
* Maintenance and growth of email databases
* Implement novel tools to identify and engage audiences, including establishing market intelligence, audience personas and digital user journeys
* Monitor and optimise digital assets (including SEO and web analytics)

Skills/abilities/experience
* Proven experience developing digital marketing activities over time, ideally building and growing
audiences for novel products. Exposure to healthcare/cosmetics is preferred, but not essential.
* Experience working with analytical tools (including Google Analytics and, ideally, GetClicky), and
dynamically implementing learnings into the business
* Experience with content development and advertising across key digital platforms, including Facebook,
Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
* Preferred exposure to Chinese search & social media platforms (Baidu, Weibo, WeChat, Tudou, etc)
* Preferred exposure to publicly listed companies.
* Natural and honed creative talent, capable of capturing and communicating novel ideas to varied
audiences.
* Leadership within a dynamic organisation, a recognised entrepreneurial streak.
* Native or flawless English, Latin languages (French/Spanish/Italian) and/or knowledge of Asian
languages an advantage
* An ability to work independently and at distance where necessary

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for engaging and growing the company's diverse online
audiences through a multi-channel online approach. Expected to be able to plan, develop, execute and analyse

campaigns and approaches, the Digital Marketing Manager should seek to establish and maintain state-of-the-
art within the business. The role is a leading, hands-on part of a broader global communications team.

Your experience ideally includes:

* Leading end-to-end digital campaigns (earned and paid) for growing businesses in a technical space
* Overseeing and owning content development for multiple online platforms as part of broader audience
acquisition and engagement strategies (online and offline)
* Managing functionality of transactional websites and/or e-commerce platforms
* Extensive interactions with designers and developers, delivering projects to tight deadlines
* Introducing new brands to an audience over an extended period of time on a global scale, including
assisting to shape the brand's identity and narrative online
* Introducing novel digital tools to help a business capture and grow audiences
* Mentoring junior staff within small teams
* Analysing data to implement learnings within your work
* Reporting to senior management on analytics, KPIs and ROI
* Experience and training in a relevant field (marketing, communications, digital analysis)


The company is a publicly listed healthcare company focused on developing and commercialising innovative products for patients and consumers in a specialised field. They are on a growth trajectory, having commercialised their first product in key markets, and are now preparing new products for market entry. You would join an international team and be relied upon to deliver consistent results to tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, understanding the needs of a growing business and of its leadership to work across levels within the organisation.

The company has recently facilitated a fundamental shift in its working practices, with all staff based remotely and reporting into global offices. The Digital Marketing Manager would be expected longer-term to work with the team in person on a semi-regular basis, while maintaining a remote working space. Longer-term, European
travel is expected on a semi-regular basis.
