Receptionist (Temporary)

Randstad's Business Support and Soft FM division are looking for an experienced Receptionist to work on a temporary basis for a Medical & Healthcare organisation based in the Bedford area.

We are looking for a Receptionist to start ASAP, working on a temporary basis for up to 2 months.

Hourly pay rate: £9 per hour
Working hours: 10am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday

Duties will include:

* Answering the phones
* Booking patient appointments
* Dealing with queries
* Checking in patients
* Any other ad hoc duties which may be required

Skills and experience required for the Reception role:

* Proven experience working in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* Good IT skills
* Customer care
