Lead FullStack Engineer (Permanent)

The company:
This company is creating an innovative product that will play a game-changing role in the years to come. Their mission is to provide cost-effective, high-speed broadband connectivity to the billions of people who are currently unconnected. Their system can work across urban and rural areas proving wireless broadband for over 5 km!

What you will be doing:
Initially, you will be creating an application for the management of CPEs and an RF planning Tool. You will be responsible for the architecture of the product, both Front End and Back End. You will also have an opportunity to grow a team around you in the future, and the potential to progress within the company as it is scaling up. As you get some mileage in the company you will be involved in the inception of many products, thus, creative thinking is important. You will have influence over which technologies continue to be used within the company, and new ones which may be integrated. In addition to this, you will have the chance to explore emerging technologies which could be implemented into the stack.

Requirements:
The role is suitable for an autonomous worker with high responsibility, with a fairly flat structured dynamic where processes do not prohibit innovation and technical work.

*You will need to have demonstrable experience building high-performing scalable multi-platform applications
*Leader in best coding practices with testing methods
*Ability to work with Reactive JavaScript frameworks on the Front End
*Confident building solution on the server side in a robust language
*Forward thinker always looking at how things could be improved and built better
*Interesting in trailing and researching new technologies
*Able to do code reviews
*SQL Databases

Experience that will make you stand out:
*Cybersecurity
*Experience in networking
*Any experience working within an IoT company is highly beneficial
*Experience working with Geo Mapping
