Project Manager (Permanent)
Daniel Owen North are currently representing a regional contractor who are looking to appoint 2x Project Managers for upcoming recladding projects in Manchester.
The ideal candidate will have managed new or recladding projects, will have experience with render systems and will of managed these projects as a #1. The values of these projects are up to £4m in total.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the site staff and management on the project
- Complete oversight of the project programme
- Responsible for H&S on site
- Progress reports to Senior Management and Directors
- Client liaison
- Cost Reporting
My client will consider Site/Senior Site Managers who are looking to take the next step in their career, however there must be proven experience in managing cladding/render construction projects.
The salary offered is up to £50k basic but comes with a car/car allowance, plus other company benefits and holidays.
