REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience and demonstrated success in creating and pitching creative concepts in health care
• Experience translating creative concepts to successful delivery across multiple media formats
• Ability to network and form strong relationships with colleagues across multiple functions, and external parties
• Strong collaborative and trouble-shooting skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Experience managing and mentoring junior staff to inspire more creative work
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

ROLE:

• Leading the development of Pharmaceutical and Bio-tech client's projects
• Proposing new creative approaches for the clients
• Supporting and guiding the clients regarding the development and application of innovative and conceptual ideas to the new or existing projects
• Being creative by using various means of multimedia
• Leading the development of materials
• Managing your team
