Residential Conveyancer (Permanent)

Our client, a well-established, multidisciplinary, multi award winning firm in the Merseyside area is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their Residential Conveyancing department due to the firm's recent success and a record number of instructions.

On a day to day basis, this role will consist of dealing with a caseload consisting of 30 - 50 new instructions a month including the sales and purchase of Residential Property from initiation to completion. The role will also include handling a caseload of both Leasehold and Freehold Property, new builds and Re-mortgages.

In the short and medium term, the firm are operating in an agile way, which will consist of home working opportunities being available.

The ideal Residential Conveyancer will have at least 4 years Fee Earning experience dealing with Sale, Purchase, leasehold and Freehold properties and new builds if you are a Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer would be advantageous but not necessary. You will be hungry to succeed, motivated and a team player.

The salary for this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor position will be dependent on your previous experience between £28K and £38K with OTE consisting of a team and personal bonus dependent upon achieving target.
