My client, a reputable and well-established Legal 500 Law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their offices in Stratford Upon Avon.

The Role:

As the successful Contentious Probate Solicitor, you will have a varied role which will involve a range of responsibilities, namely, managing your own caseload from inception to completion. This may include contested Wills, Probate, Trusts and disputes of administration or distribution of Estates.

The role may also involve building and maintaining long lasting relationships.

Requirements:

To be suitable for this Contentious Probate Solicitor role, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of handling your own caseload within this discipline and have excellent client care skills. Ideally, you will be a minimum of 5 years PQE and have great communication skills at all levels.
