Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a multinational pharmaceutical organisation who are expanding their existing UK presence and consequently recruiting for an eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager to shape and lead the digital marketing team.

Main Duties:

• Create and implement eCommerce strategy into an effective commercial plan that trades the online business for growth and profit.
• Lead the planning and execution of all digital marketing activities in the UK, including search, campaigns, websites and social media advertising.
• Develop an online customer retention programme - to increase customer retention, loyalty and drive lifetime value.
• Analysis of the online business, including tracking key website KPI's; building price plans; managing operational costs and the overall channel profitability.
• Create and implement the online advertising, eDM campaigns to drive traffic to e-commerce sites. Develop an email strategy to deliver an optimised and growing customer lifetime value and have responsibility for all associated KPIs.
• Help manage and define the e-commerce digital development roadmap.

Experience:

• A marketing or business-related degree, or alternatively a pharmaceutical or science-related degree.
• Previous experience within a digital marketing, brand management or e-commerce role, ideally within the pharma or medical sector.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics & suite apps, Adobe Campaign and associated products such as Photoshop and Creative as well as Magento 2.
