We are looking for a hardworking customer-focused administrator to support the Group Specialist Contracts team. This person needs to be an expert on Microsoft Excel as this role will require a self-starter who can hit the ground running. On a daily basis, you will be:

-Provide administration support to the Fire Safety Works Contracts Manager to assist delivery of planned fire safety remedial works.
-Manage FRA remedial works database to ensure data is updated frequently and that the data is maintained meticulously to ensure continued accuracy.
-Arrange contract meetings, produce data for meetings and record minutes.
-Act as resident liaison for all fire safety works to ensure that customer needs are assessed and met during all works projects.
-Contribute to the development, maintenance and monitoring of systems, registers, records and databases for the storage and retrieval of data relating to fire safety across NH.
-Management of fire safety email inbox to ensure that all requests of information are responded to within organisation timescales.
-Investigate and respond to customer complaints, analyse complaints and produce reports to identify trends.
-Assist with the management of no access for fire safety works, liaising with the contractor and residents to arrange access for essential works.
-Provide administration support for Specialist Contracts Manager and other parts of Asset Management when required.
-Process purchase orders and invoices for contractors to ensure all payments are made in line with contract requirements.
-Organise bulk mailings to residents and other stakeholders prior to planned fire safety works being undertaken.
-Update spreadsheets on individual scheme defects onto the in-house Northgate V system

The idea candidate will possess:
-Excellent Excel skill - several tests will be required prior to submitting applications
-Strong administrative skills
-Previous experience within a fire safety role
-Excellent communication skills.
-Analytically and able to show initiative.
-Previous experience with Northgate V.
-Flexible team player.
-Acts on own initiative and is proactive.
-Ability to meet deadlines and plan and deliver a range of different activities
-Strong Microsoft Office experience

Candidates may be required to work the occasion evening or weekend.
