Product Manager Financial Software

Reqiva are currently seeking a Product Manager to work for a market leading financial services software house based in Hampshire.

Reporting directly to the COO this role will be responsible for driving the vision and execution of our client's core product strategy.

Responsibilities for the role of Product Manager:

*Develop in-depth knowledge and ability to define the needs of target market sectors
*Understanding of competitor product offerings to ensure market leading positioning of the company's core products.
*Identify, define and assess market opportunities to drive up-sell and cross-sell of product offerings
*Contribute to core positioning, marketing messaging and pricing for product and contribute to sales and marketing campaigns
*Work closely with product owners to bring sufficient context of the market problem into the agile development process to ensure user needs are understood effectively and addressed.
*Understand the technical architecture of the product in sufficient detail to recognise constraints and opportunities that this presents to deliver enhancements.

Experience required for the role of Product Manager:
*Product management experience operating within Financial Services Software domain.
*Experience operating within an Agile development environment and within the Pragmatic Marketing framework.
*Formal product management training
*Outstanding interpersonal skills, commercially astute and able to communicate with all levels of management.
*Degree educated

This role requires a candidate who is open to some travel as you will need to be able to spend time out with customers. Although this flexibility is required it is not expected that you will be travelling more than 30% of your time and a lot of the travel will be expected to be in the UK or Europe.

The salary for this role is Circa £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
