They are currently looking to recruit a Chief Executive Officer to deliver further step-change in the growth, transformation and development of the charity. Candidates will have an entrepreneurial and business approach, inspirational leadership qualities and experience of implementing high level strategy. Supporting a team of experts to develop accessible and quality assured curriculum for individual learners, employers and communities in Wales, you will be committed to maintaining high quality outcomes and promoting bilingualism.

The Role

• In conjunction with the Board, to set the strategic direction of Agored Cymru
• To sustain and develop further Agored Cymru's reputation for excellent service delivery and operational performance
• To grow Agored Cymru's business and continue to develop its entrepreneurial ethos,
• To develop and lead Agored Cymru's senior management team
• To oversee finances to ensure Agored Cymru's sound financial health
