My client, a successful and innovative FinTech company, are currently on the hunt for a Marketing & Web Designer to join their friendly team based in London. They are a mobile banking app, who use leading edge technology via smartphones and offer services to all which as easy, affordable and convenient to use.

Currently serving tens of thousands of customers in the UK and Europe, this company are adding new services on a regular basis.

Their fast-growing team is located across Europe and you will join a carefully selected team who are great at what they do.

They are on the hunt for a talented Marketing / Web designer to join the team on a permanent basis. As Marketing & Web Designers you will be creating amazing digital images and user experiences.
You have an eye for clean and artful web design, and passion for motion graphic design.

To be suitable for this position you will have experience in the following:

*Designing web experiences, social content and printed material.
*Facilitating and contributing to the creation, adoption and improvement of design 'patterns' and guidelines, and their consistent deployment across all company outputs.
*Shaping and defining the look and feel of the customer experience both in browser, on mobile and in print.
*Planning and managing the production of visual design assets for product development across all platforms.
*Working with a Marketing team to clearly present design ideas to various groups to help build a unified design and artistic direction.
*Knowledge of all aspects of responsive web design and ability to implement best design practices.
*Knowledge and experience of marketing as well as web design.
*Strong passion for motion design. (Experience isn't a must for this).
*Eye for detail and ability to put customer needs above complex design ideas.
*Hands-on experience with software like Sketch, Adobe creative suite, After Effects

It would be fantastic if you have prior experience with 3D Design, photography or 2D illustration.
