Responsibilities:
- Chasing debtors via telephone and email to recover outstanding debts
- Adhering to personal KPIs to ensure monies are collected and targets hit
- Establishing relationships to ensure smooth collection of debts within timescales set
- Ensuring customer accounts are updated and accurate
- Prompt and professional response to all calls and enquiries
- Following objectives and targets set out by management
- Ability to manage and resolve difficult conversations with integrity, professionalism, and honesty.
Skills needed:
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience of debt collection advantageous
- Driven and Self motivated individual
- Excellent MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
