3)More flexibility when it comes to remote working - you've been enjoying cutting out your commute and you now have a tidy 'work from home' setup you'd like to utilize. For many, just putting the kids to bed has been a novelty you ideally don't want to give up!

It's not often I am recruiting for a role where I genuinely believe it encompasses what most people are looking for! My client, an established PropTech company, are in the process of launching a 'start-up within' for a brand-new product, with a brand-new team! This is an opportunity to be there from the beginning, partnering with cross-functional teams and customers, turning your insights into delightful products, working in a creative environment to execute a creative vision.
The office is based in Oxford, however there is complete flexibility with remote working, enabling you to get the balance you need. The anticipated split would be at most 2 days a week, but often only twice per month in the office.
I am looking for someone who is:
*Skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer.
*Familiar with a start-up environment
*Well versed working on a B2B2C or B2C experience.
*Experienced with leading a team
*Previous experience in PropTech, FinTech, LegalTech or Marketplace would be an advantage.
