Our client is searching for a Maintenance Manager who is responsible for coaching and organizing the workgroup of the maintenance team to respond to the needs of production in order to ensure smooth production and good quality.

This position invloves operational management of the Maintenance department. Responsible for the Maintenance team that supports the production department. Manage and guide this group to achieve the goals of production planning, quality, productivity, safety and cost.

This position will require you to work production environment with a lot of technical challenges in the short and long term. Extensive training and permanent guidance available within the company ensuring you develop and receive recognition.

Position requirements;

Mechanics, electricity, electromechanics, Automation or equivalent experience Experience in a leadership-giving maintenance function (team boss, supervisor, team leader, ...) Good knowledge of English Knowledge of robot and / or PLC programming is a big plus but not a must.
