Reception Manager £22k 4* Hotel Immediate Start (Permanent)
Are you currently a reception manager or reception team leader in a hotel and looking for a next step or new challenge?
We have a position at an iconic 4* hotel available in Harrogate city centre for a Reception manager to lead and develop an existing team of eight staff.
What will your duties include?
Being the first point of call for all guest services you will drive guest satisfaction ensuring maximisation on guest usage of hotel facilities. Overseeing the check-in desk, enquiries, concierge, and night team to deliver a warm welcome and high standard of service across the board.
What experience is required?
Working in the hotel industry in a similar position of authority within a reception team is mandatory. You must be able to display excellent customer service, a high level of attention to detail, be hard-Working and previous experience training and developing a team is essential.
