Client Liaison Officer (Contract)
Client Liaison Officer - £17,000 - £19,500 - Birmingham - 12 Month FTC
I am looking for a dynamic and professional Customer Service Advisor to join a leading business based in Birmingham.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday rotating shifts between 8am and 5.30pm and 1 in every 3 Saturdays.
Key duties will include:
* Making outbound calls to clients
* Recording all relevant information accurately
* Taking follow-up action including further calls, texts or writing a letter as determined by operational processes and contractual targets
* Making reminder calls to clients
Skills, knowledge & competencies:
* Excellent telephone technique
* Computer literate - intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Effective/comprehensive communication
* Deliver quality through attention to detail
* Self motivated and demonstrate initiative
* Meet business commitments through acceptance of accountability, customer ownership, time management and punctuality/attendance
