Hours: Part time - Various (18.45 hours)
Salary: £9,280



My Client is a rapidly growing specialised Insurance company located in Redhill, they are seeking an experience Part Time Customer Service professional to join their expanding team. This fantastic rare opportunity will require you to work Monday-Friday part time.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Receive and respond to incoming calls from existing and potential customers in relation to new business, renewals and quotation queries
* Maximise inbound sales, and achieve performance related targets as set by the team leader
* Ensure service levels, key performance indicators, call handle rates, and targets are met and exceeded
* Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered
* Respond constructively to customer queries and record customer details using the note facility on the system
* Maintain a full working knowledge of products, services, special discounts and marketing promotions
* Ensure compliance with all insurance regulatory bodies at all times
* Skills and experience required:

* Minimum education standard of Mathematics and English GCSE at Grade C or above
* Good numeracy, literacy and attention to detail
* Effective communication skills & attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills & able to use initiative
* Have strong IT skills
* Be able to prioritise workload
* Great attitude for learning
* Energy and drive with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
