Scheme Service Coordinator (Permanent)

The Company

The Role

You will have daily contact with residents, contractors, colleagues and partners to coordinate and deliver customer focused services. This will include inspecting properties, monitoring health and safety, supporting tenancies and assisting with lettings. You will also have a big part to play in promoting resident involvement projects, as well as tackle loneliness and isolation and ensuring the scheme is well maintained and a safe place to live.

Please note that the part time roles consist of working an agreed number of hours Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and Saturday working.

The Ideal Scheme Service Coordinator:

We are looking for organised, caring people who are committed to supporting older people with a range of needs who live in a sheltered housing environment.

You will need to be an excellent communicator, organiser and team player with good administration skills; ideally you should have experience of coordinating and providing customer focused services within a housing or related community setting. It is an essential that you have a strong understanding of the diverse needs of the elderly.

You Will Receive

In return for your hard work as our Scheme Service Coordinator, you will receive a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum pro rata. You will also receive benefits including:
