Housing Disrepair Litigator (Permanent)

Housing Disrepair Solicitor or EL/PL Retrain | East Lancashire.

A modern and dynamic law firm in the heart of East Lancashire are currently expanding due to an ever-growing client base. They are currently looking for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join their firm on a full-time permanent basis.

The main duties for this role will include but are not limited to: Running a caseload of Litigated Housing Disrepair files from 'cradle to grave'.

Responsibilities will include:-

*Running a caseload of housing disrepair cases from inception to conclusion, including investigations, obtaining expert evidence, drafting Letters of Claim, settlement negotiations, drafting pleadings and litigation as appropriate

*You will be able to show previous experience of being a strong Litigator as this is essential, you will also have excellent knowledge of the CPR and other relevant case laws.

What's needed for me to be considered?

*Be a qualified Housing Litigation Solicitor with at least 1-years PQE

*Applications will be considered from EL/PL background who have a keen interest in specialising within Housing Litigation

*Experience of working in a team towards set target

*Experience of running your own case load and working to deadlines

*Must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills

*Excellent written and verbal communication

*Must be ambitious and organised with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
