I am currently working with a well-established and highly reputable costs business who are seeking to recruit 2 Costs Draftsman with specific clinical negligence and court of protection experience from junior to senior level.

This exceptional business works in partnership with the UK's leading claimant law firms and clinical negligence solicitors. Our client has plenty of long-standing clients and they pride themselves on the quality of work they deal with.

This fantastic opportunity will allow the successful Costs Draftsman to work on highly complex clinical negligence matters (90%) and court of protection work (10%).

You will have the following knowledge and experience:

* Preparation of Costs Budgets

* Claimant experience (ideally)

* Costs negotiations

* Preparing the Points of Reply

* Preparing details Bill of Costs

* Revising Costs Budgets
