My client is one of the best regarded medical devices companies in the world. On that basis, they are looking to expand their sales team within the Germany. Joining the sales team of an established, global company will provide you with a multitude of options for personal & professional growth, career development and progression opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Being the face & spirit of the brand in the field of Urology
• Fulfilling or exceeding sales targets
• Identify, establish and develop relationships with key clinical and external decision makers
• Providing needs-based technical instruction and support for doctors, nurses and pharmacists
• Building the brand and enhancing your sales via effective communication, organizing workshops and performing live demonstrations
• Working closely and effectively with members of our support functions and business solutions team to develop customer contracts and provide the best possible service to customers and patients.

The ideal profile will have:

• Sales experience, preferably within Urology devices
• Fluent German & English
• Based in Baden-Wurtenburg or Bavaria - ability to cover the South of Germany
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Remarkable negotiation skills - ability to close deals with customers at all levels
