Accounts Receivable System Support Associate - ££- Competitive Salary + Benefits Package - Manchester - Permanent

A exciting opportunity has arisen for a Accounts Receivable System Support Associate to join a brand leader based in Manchester city centre.

An AR System Support Associate is responsible for the support, pricing and other technical support within the TPM system. Responsible for providing professional and co-operative end to end service to both our internal and external customers in line with company values, promoting best practice in an excellent shared service environment.

The successful candidate will have previous experience gained from working within a credit control and/or query resolution role and good system knowledge of SAP. You will have excellent Excel skills needed in order to deliver KPIs and reports strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Candidates will have good time management, organisational skills and problem solving skills (error detection, root cause analysis, error correction)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • TPM Administration - Workflow Management, New Access/Access Change, Compliance reporting - this list is not exhaustive
  • Pricing Management - Missing Prices, Price File Matching, Price Amendments, Mass Price Uploads - this list is not exhaustive
  • Master Data - Setting up Customer Creation, Reporting, Maintenance - this list is not exhaustive
  • Buy Back - Preparing Files and uploading files for Buy Back and Self Billing Invoices - this list is not exhaustive
  • Any activity relating to TPM, Reporting out of TPM, Promotions, Trade Agreements, EDI failures - this list is not exhaustive
  • Provide general operational support within the team to enhance financial controls across PBS
  • Provide support and mentor fellow team members
  • Provide cover for the Team Leader in their absence
  • Actively participate in 1:1's, PDRs and team meetings
  • Ensure behaviour is professional at all times
  • Cross functional support across department
  • Ad-hoc tasks as identified by line manager
