Opening Hours - 8am -8pm Mon - Sun
Do you have a proven background of Customer service and dealing with complex queries over the telephone?
Do you have the ability to calm a customer down and deal with a customers query from start to finish?
In the customer Service job, you will take inbound calls from customers help them with their query. You will be able to show empathy and understanding of the customers situation whilst also using your own skills to analyse a situation and come to a decision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
* Dealing with inbound calls
* Ensuring an excellent level if customer service
SKILLS FOR THE JOB
* Ability speak to customers over the phone and deal with their query
* Time management and organisational skills - ability to prioritise tasks quickly and efficiently
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* High personal and work standards - attention to detail and accuracy of records
* Ability to work under pressure and in a demanding environment
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
* You will have previous experience of
* Experience of using computer systems on a day to day basis
* Proven track record of negotiating with customers
* Strong customer service experience
