Senior Director - PR and Communications - Healthcare (Permanent)

My client is a global communications firm that partners with businesses and organizations to evolve, promote and protect their brands and reputations. In their Health division, there are about 50-55 professionals working with the biggest pharma clients around the globe.

The company has been in the market for more than 70 years but it still remains an independent, family-run company.

As business is booming - they are now looking for a Senior Director who will take full responsibility for their client of more than 10 years. It is a very client-facing role so you should really enjoy this part of the work. The team for this account is around 11-15 people and you will be closely working with 3 Account Directors. Your main responsibility will be to lead, secure, maintain and grow the business in your team.

You will be a senior client point of contact, accountable for overall profitability, quality, relationship and client satisfaction of the business, working in tandem with the EMEA Client Relationship Team, including Client, Planner, Creative, Data & Insights, Digital, Media, Programme Management leaders, to best serve our clients across offices, time zones.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required

• Pharma knowledge and experience with clients in the pharma sector is a must
• Comfortable working within a global/multi-market team located in different offices and geographies
• Understanding of data/regulatory milestones, above brand/unmet need campaigning and employee engagement
• Fluent in media and digital to consult across paid, earned, owned and be conversant in social, digital and offline approaches (e.g., trends in health, compliance considerations, relevant social platforms, audience channel planning, paid activations and reviewing analytics reports)
