Nonstop Consulting is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a growing challenger bank situated in Central London. This opportunity requires someone to work broadly across finance to help drive change and work closely with the Commercial Finance team and MD, as the company continues its exciting growth journey. You must have post-qualified experience in a commercial and complex environment and have a proven ability in modelling, analysis, data and problem solving.
Responsibilities:
- Support and partner directly with the CFO and MD
- Providing insightful, pro-active, high quality analysis to support decision making in the context of wider business implications internationally.
- Delivery of monthly reporting requirements for EXCO, Board & Investors
- Partnering with Sales, Operations and Marketing
- Assist in building robust business cases, ensuring that costs and benefits are well grounded
- Create commentary around the KPI's, adding insight to support strategic decision making
- Helping to build business cases for transformation initiatives and ensuring that the assumptions are sensible
- Review of financial models, supporting scenario modelling for M&A activity
- Work closely with the FP&A team, owning the budgeting and forecasting process
- Run the budget process and complete analysis to aid business decisions
Requirements:
- Qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
- 3 - 5 years + Post-Qualified
- Finance Business Partner/Commercial experience in Financial Services, Banking or Corporate
