Job Title: Baker (experienced in Mixing, Shaping and Oven Work)

Location: Greenwich, London

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Job Type: 45 hrs hours per week on rota basis including weekends and bank holidays.

Paul Rhodes Bakery is looking to recruit a number of top-quality bakers to join the team who will share our desire to create the best baked products in London. We want to meet highly skilled Bakers who are passionate about making handcrafted product and share our values and beliefs about quality and the way to bake. We are looking for people who can bring not only a high level of skill and enthusiasm but also a true love for baking along with creativity and the ambition to develop to their full potential.

If you have experience in mixing, shaping and working the ovens, have a good understanding of the fermentation process (especially slow fermented sourdough) and have worked in a good quality bakery using traditional baking methods and want to take your career to another level then we would like to talk with you.

Paul Rhodes Bakery is a multi-award-winning bakery specialising in handcrafted breads and pastries. The business is constantly evolving and looking to develop creative new products focusing on provenance and artisanal techniques. From our Greenwich bakery we supply a wide range of customers from Michelin starred restaurants, neighbourhood cafes and specialist delis through to leading hotel groups, major foodservice companies and world class events. The business is independently owned by Paul Rhodes who is a former Michelin starred chef and to this day still bakes with the team daily such is his passion for bread.
