Grade: £22,183 - £24,491 pro rata

Job Type: Temporary (Until April 2022), Part Time (20 or 15 Hours)

About the role:

The main functions of this post are to assist the Head Coach and Senior Coach in organising, developing and delivering the coaching programme, enabling swimmers at all levels from beginner to international status, to reach their full potential.

About you:

• You will need an ASA Level 2 Swimming Qualification (pre 2012) or a level 2 Coaching Certificate for Swimming
• Knowledge and experience of dry land training for swimmers is desirable
• You will also ideally have previous experience of coaching at all levels plus previous involvement at competitions
• Candidates must hold an RLSS Pool Lifeguard and First Aid qualifications or be willing to work towards them, and a commitment to staff training

You will also need a Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau, the Council will issue the application form and pay the fee
