We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to join our growing team.

The role:

Reporting to the Production Director, this is a key role within the Production Team, delivering projects for some of the agencies most important clients as well as supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team. Managing budgets, timescales, task planning, scoping, and scheduling for technically challenging projects. Identifying and developing commercial opportunities and revenue streams with clients.

You will manage ongoing work on client's website and web-based systems, including investigating, troubleshooting, and delegation where required.

Working closely with Designers, Developers, QA Test Analysts, SEO Consultants, and the Commercial and Client Services teams, in a team-focused role.

About you:

As this is a senior role within Crafted, we are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager.

We are seeking someone with sound technical knowledge and mindset, an all-around knowledge of web development and design who can confidently consult and influence projects with both internal and external stakeholders. The role requires you to be prompt, accurate, and detailed in your approach. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organised, and prepared, with proven project management skills and experience in delivering large digital projects in a variety of sectors. You will have extensive knowledge of Project Management Tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, DevOps, JIRA, or similar) along with experience in Content Management Systems. Good working knowledge of organic paid, and social media marketing is advantageous, as are any professional qualifications. You will be a role model for junior members of the team, setting an example, giving advice, and working together to achieve shared goals.
