Team Manager - Post Adoption Support - Charity
NonStop Consulting are working in partnership with a specialist adoption charity as they recruit for a Team Manager to join their service in London. This is an 'Outstanding' Service that offers specific expertise in providing assessments and therapeutic intervention to families whose children experienced developmental trauma prior to their adoptive/ permanent placement.
As Team Manager you will be part of the senior leadership team and contribute to the strategic development of the charity. You will ensure consistency of practice, lead on safeguarding issues and ensure that OFSTED requirements are met or exceeded. You will work with a range of stakeholders to positively promote the service, meeting with Regional Adoption Agency and Local Authority commissioners and representatives.
The position requires a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and inspirational social work manager who has experience in the fields of Adoption and Permanency along with a recognised therapeutic certification or qualification.
