Acorn is seeking a high level Customer Service Executive for a fixed term contract until February 2022 for their global manufacturing client based in North Bristol. The salary for this position is £25,592 pro rata.

The role will involve being fully responsible for the efficient and effective administration of selected existing and potential accounts.

A few of the main responsibilities of this role include:

* Customer Service Excellence
* Order administration
* Complaint system
* Account Management

Experience and Competencies:

* Experience of working in Customer Service;
* Ability to communicate at all levels;
* Flexibility towards change;
* Excellent attention to detail, planning and organisational skills;
* Time Management and the ability to work under pressure.
* Good knowledge and level of Excel and SAP;
* French, Spanish or German language would be desirable
