In a nutshell, you will be required to:

• Contact people to organise appointments
• Ensure details are confirmed
• Offer alternative dates and times if needed
• Update records
• Send out confirmations
• Deal with cancellations

The hours of work are 08:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday
