Our client a leading oil and gas operator is looking for a Campaign Coordinator to join their team initially on a 12 month contract.

Position Overview
The Campaign Coordinator works within the Operations Services department. Responsible for coordination, preparation and delivery support of offshore executable activities via a campaign approach. Ensuring all key business drivers are achieved and all work is performed in accordance with our clients, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems.

Responsibilities
* Identification, coordination, preparation and management of activity campaigns where the makeup is flexible and tailored to the workscopes.
* Support change towards a high performing organization capable of efficiently and effectively preparing for and executing activity campaigns.
* Identify campaign activities and offshore campaign team trades, disciplines and competencies.
* Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with relevant functional standard, processes and procedures.
* Effective prioritization, preparation, scheduling and delivery of campaign activities within budget.
* Lead the cost-efficient management of vendor support for campaigns - appropriately allocated to deliver value to the operation

Key Duties
* Identify and select activities that can be effectively campaigned with a more efficient delivery than using core maintenance teams.
* Work with central support functions and asset teams to integrate and optimize the delivery of activities through campaigns.
* Ensure each discipline reviews and manage criticality.
* Ensure that all discipline maintenance records for the campaigns and plant history are updated using CMMS
* Ensure that all purchase orders and spare parts replenishment is managed against a Work Order using CMMS
* Ensure a high efficiency in tool time for Vendors and Contractors
* Provide maintenance campaigns input to annual asset budget requirements
* Ensure delivery of a capacity loaded, resource balanced frozen schedule of activity for the campaigns
* Liaise with the Activity Execution Lead and Offshore Leadership to determine and agree priorities via WORM and YTT forum
* Accountable for the management of all Maintenance campaign POB related activity, including additional manpower requirements over and above agreed Maintenance core-crews
* Support the integrated planning process to maximise plant uptime and optimise resources
* Support shutdown related activity and the shutdown team with regard to pre/post activities and also specific critical activities.
* Carry out regular offshore visits
* Ensure all work carried out in accordance with our clients regulations
* Ensure campaigns are created, prepared and coordinated in accordance with Company standards, processes and procedure.
* Role model for safe and environmentally responsible behaviours
* Responsible for ensuring appropriate engagement with relevant Technical Authority on any issues that impact SECE's.
* Monitoring and management of all any required maintenance change requests

Education Attainment & Accreditation
* HND in a relevant trade or technical discipline or appropriate experience in a similar role.

Professional Skills & Experience
* Previous offshore maintenance and operations experience within the oil and gas industry preferred
