Recruitment Consultant - Software Systems Electronics (Permanent)

Due to a period of sustained growth in our major accounts within the aerospace and defence sectors we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have the ability to work around recruitment problems and come up with innovative solutions to support our prestigious client base.

We currently seek recruitment consultants and the trainee recruitment consultants with the right skill sets to join our Recruitment Team based at our Head Office in Manchester. Individuals from any of the following and associated courses & disciplines will be considered as well as people within industry looking for a change of career presently working within these areas:

1. Electronic Engineering / Electronics Technicians / Test Technicians
2. Electrical Engineering
3. Computer Science
4. Software Engineering
5. Systems Engineering (Electronic Systems or Mechanical Systems)
6. Mechatronics

Role Responsibilities -

• Some kind of recruitment/resourcing experience is essential
• Experience/knowledge within the listed industries is preferable
• Working with existing clients to take comprehensive job brief
• End to end Contract recruitment
• Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements
• Proactively manage a database of candidates
• Ensure candidates are kept informed and receive a high level of customer service
• Telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards
• Resource/ Headhunt candidates
• Ensure that all working contractors comply with client and statutory requirements and resolve any queries regarding salary, absences or any other factors which may affect performance
