The Company:

Their AI product not only powers the first intelligent control room, but it also automatically provides intelligence for data collected on construction sites whilst creating self-intelligent digital twins which can boost site value 20x for real estate developers, contractors, and asset owners.

This is truly a one-of-a-kind product, used on an international scale for an ever-growing market.

With that being said, this AI tech company are now on the hunt to hire new Business Development Managers who would be able to drive sales and become solid and successful ambassadors for the company.

The Role:

As their next Business Development Manager, you will report to directly to the Head of Business Development whilst owning and managing your E2E sales cycle. Furthermore, you will need to research, qualify and prioritise new inbound and outbound opportunities.

Moreover, as their next Business Development Manager, you will need to be ablet to identify the correct stakeholders and confidently maintain and build effective long lasting E2E relationships.

Due to the fact that this is a growing company, you must also be a Business Development manager who can adapt accordingly whilst keeping and accurate record of your sales data and KPI's through the companies CRM.

As you will be an experience Business Development Manager, you must also be happy supporting the rest of the team by conducting research into the competition, market, and similar/new products out there.

You will also be aiding in the hiring process as well as leading and coaching Junior team members as the company expands.

  • 3+ years in B2B/ E2E SaaS/ Enterprise Sales role.
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated.
  • Money Driven
  • An interest in technology.
  • Experience managing and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
