PR Exec (Permanent)

Randstad is working with a great, very well established FMCG organisation based in the North West London area, not far from Neasden and Brent Cross. Our client is looking for an experienced and creative PR Executive to join their busy team.

Salary: £28-32K
Hours: 9-6 Monday to Friday
Free parking onsite at the offices

The PR Exec will ideally have proven agency or in-house PR experience.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

* Drafting press releases and creative pitches
* Media relations - handling press enquiries proactively, quickly and with attention to detail
* Work across different brands and projects and with various agencies and suppliers
* Monitoring and saving editorial coverage and regularly informing relevant teams of coverage
* Supporting on creative and mass mailers
* Admin support including post, reports, stock management and deliveries
* Supporting at exhibitions and events

Skills and experience required for the PR job:

* Experience of working in a similar PR role - agency or in-house PR
* Strong organisational skills
* Creative and quick thinking, with an excellent attention to detail
* Calm and considered under pressure
* Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
