DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

Status: Permanent
Location: London
Salary: £26,500
Start Date: Immediately Available
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 (2/3 days WFH)

The role:
- Creating and publishing social content across all of the social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linked In using AgoraPulse.
- Proactively managing social planners.
- Copywriting and designing posts and other online content using WordPress.
- Creating and publishing Emails and newsletters using MailChimp.
- Closely monitoring and reporting on the overall performance of each channel and individual posts.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages across all platforms.
- Liaising with our regional offices with any requests they may have for digital / social support.
- Managing the digital aspect of the charity's campaigns, major events and projects.

What you need to succeed:

- Solid understanding and experience of Agorapulse (or similar platform), Facebook Business.
- Strong understanding of social media, web trends and analytics reporting.
- Experience using Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience of email marketing, creating templates, using MailChimp or similar email
marketing tools.
- Experience of the charity sector.
- Experience of facilitating online participation of diverse audiences and a good - - - knowledge of digital marketing and communication in support of fundraising.
