Supervising Social Worker - Caseload in Nottinghamshire

£36,000 plus £1,200 car allowance

NonStop Care is looking for a permanent Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the East Midlands area. They have a Good Ofsted rating and they are using a therapeutic approach, so it is a very nice place to work.

This is a home based role, with the caseload around the North Notthinghamshire area. You will be required to travel to the office once a week.

Responsibilities: The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of foster carers around the Nottinghamshire area. The role involves mainly supervision of the foster carers, however you will be required to complete very few form f assessments as well.

You can do some visits virtually, where possible, so you will be in a safer position.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and you have experience in fostering or if you worked within looked after children teams or children safeguarding teams, closely with the fostering social workers. You must have a Social Work degree and a driving license.
