Project Leader, Well Established Pharmaceutical Company, driving forward a new sales/BD CRM

We are looking for an experienced project manager or business analyst who can drive forward a brand new CRM for sales/business development across Europe. It's a big project and it will involve not just working across EU operations, but also working with global functions. On top of this the client is growing on average 40% year on year, hence there is certain to be new projects and career development paths for the right candidate. What we need is someone with a proven technical background in SFDC who has over time stepped into business analyse and project management. Experience working with BD/Sales CRMs is a must and any experience in Pharmaceuticals would be helpful! If you have the right background and are interested 'in principle', feel free to contact me.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product management - Own the product roadmap .
• Project Management - Delivery of enhancements on continual quarterly releases and management of larger projects for new applications/modules .
• Application maintenance and support - Be hands on enough to do small application configurations and enhancements .
• Partner/vendor management - Procure and manage 3rd party partner system integrations services for development projects.
• Sys admin - Handle basic SFDC admin functionalities such as workflows, users, roles, positions access control, data uploads on own or with retainer resources.
• User adoption and change management - Continuous dialogue with end user for process clarity, usability and training led change management.
