A Large, national legal practice is looking to recruit an IT Manager to join their office in Bradford.

This firm are well established and have been recognised in the legal sector for over 30 years. They are a firm with traditional values whilst moving towards a modern approach.

They are now looking for an IT Manager to oversee the IT Function in their head office in Bradford.

As the newly appointed IT Manager you will be responsible for all IT systems and infrastructure, IT development and telecommunications within the business. You will assume full responsibility for the lead role in technology, change and deployment for the firm and be a strong leader of the entire IT Team.

Your role will include but not be exclusive to:

* Developing the IT strategy and contributing to the firm's goals and business objectives.

* Harnessing the business benefits of relevant emerging technologies.

* Creating and implementing IT policies for the firm covering all technological matters, hardware and software procurement, IT services sourcing, staff development and rewards.

* Presenting to the Board of Directors and Partners with regards to the streamlining of IT Processes

* Building a highly respected and professional IT team.

Experienced Required

As the Newly Appointed IT Manager you will be highly motivated and passionate about ensuring high standards of service are met.

You will be a proven project manager with strong leadership skills. Whilst beneficial, Legal experience is not essential, it is imperative that the IT Manager understands the pressures of the business, has the personality and ability to adapt to a law firm and can execute the role successfully within that environment.
