Matchware is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team in Richmond

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full sales cycle from Lead Generation and Prospecting to Closing and Account Management (Win and Retain)
  • Demonstrating MindView to new prospects via webinars
  • Manging attendance at Trade Shows and Events
  • Being a product and industry expert with ability to feedback market feedback for future developments
  • Represent MatchWare and maximise opportunities from within a number trade and industry memberships
  • Develop and maintain competitive knowledge of how to differentiate MatchWare's products

The Candidate:

  • Minimum 5 year successful experience in sales.
  • Proven management of full sales cycle
  • Excellent written business and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organised
  • Sense of urgency and high degree of professionalism
  • Energetic, resilient and self motivated
