Job Title: Sales & Supply Chain Administrator

Location: Newbury

Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (9:00 - 17:30)

Due to continued growth, Netteam have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Supply Chain Administrator, providing administrative support to our sales team. You must be an excellent communicator, be able to work in a busy environment, have great attention to detail and be organised.

The team work in an open plan office with an informal atmosphere. A collaborative approach is always encouraged, and we try to make it a fun and productive workplace, where everyone can develop new skills.

About the role:

  • Order processing
  • Receiving and booking in deliveries on our systems to provide a live view of all outstanding orders
  • Arranging daily collections and deliveries with our courier partners
  • Raising customer invoices
  • Keeping our Stock Room organised and ensuring that dispatch area is ready for collection of goods by our external engineering team
  • Answering customer and supplier queries via telephone and email
  • Logging customer issues on our CRM platform, ensuring key details are recorded
  • Preparing sales contracts and agreements
  • Liaising with other teams within the company to support projects and resolve queries.

We will provide full training on the use of all company systems relating to this role.

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
