Care Manager- Residential School -Outstanding Ofsted (Permanent)

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of staff in supporting an exceptional group of children/young people?

We are currently looking for a Manger for an Outstanding all age (2-19) special school for young people with PMLD and associated complex needs, some with ASD and challenging behaviour. The school is a Local Authority School and caters for both day and residential pupils on a term time basis only.

The Role:

• You will be mainly working in the residential setting as a Manger leading a team of staff- including a team leader, residential support workers, care assistants and night support workers

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children
• NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
• Willingness to work towards NQV Level 5 in Leadership and Management
• Experience of Ofsted Regulations
