Acquisitions Manager (M&A/Corporate Finance) - ACA (Permanent)

NonStop Consulting is currently searching for a Finance Acquisitions Manager to join a newly created Acquisitions team for a high growth business that continues to grow significantly, with a buy and build business model and significant external investment. This will be a high profile role with lots of contact with senior stakeholders, offering you the chance to secure a truly strategic position in a fast paced environment. You will be involved with group restructuring activities, people management, valuations, integration, due diligence and multiple technical projects. This will be ideal for candidates with exposure to due diligence and M&A, such as an internal M&A team, Transaction Services, Valuations or Corporate Finance looking for a new challenge.

Responsibilities:

• Own the financial due diligence process, managing and performing due diligence and reviewing externally prepared reports
• Manage a small team
• Ensure acquisitions are correctly accounted for
• Assist with financial integration of new acquisitions
• Provide insightful financial information for reports for the Acquisitions Committee and main Board
• Liaise with external specialists, such as lawyers and tax specialists, reviewing and disseminating professional advice and ensuring financial risks identified in the due diligence process
• Group restructuring; step plans, accounting, liaison with experts and reviewing legal documentation

Requirements:

• Experience within an M&A position, Valuations, Corporate Finance or Transaction Services
• Experience within a top/boutique consulting firm
• ACA qualified
