Private Client Solicitor (Permanent)

Our client an established High Street Practice are looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join their team based in Doncaster and South Yorkshire.

They are looking to appoint a candidate with drive and determination to deliver on the firms increasing workload and to play a key role in pushing their Private Client Department on-wards and into the future.

As the newly appointed Private Client Solicitor you will be working in our clients Wills and Probate Department.

The Role

Working closely with the Firms Senior Partner and Private Client team to deliver a range of work your role will include but not be exclusive to:

* Handling your own case load of Wills and probate matters

* Lasting Powers of Attorney

* Court of Protection Work

* Elements of conveyancing work as and when needed

As the newly appointed Private Client Solicitor you will also be a confident net-worker/business developer and have a keen interest in marketing the department. The firm runs a full range of case management systems and has remote working facilities, and you will be comfortable in the full use of a range of modern technology

The candidate

You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor. Our client will consider a range of experience as the right team fit is the most important factor. Accordingly, salary will be fixed according to experience. Our client is offering an attractive package for the right candidate together with a supportive team environment.
