This Fintech company in London, UK is looking to a hire a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their team. You will be working on a feature-rich workflow platform for financial institutions with intuitive data analytics providing clarity and intelligence to managers and end clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-centric designer who is ready to make real change in a lean and stimulating environment.

This company is embarking on exciting new projects, and they need a Designer who has previously worked on Crypto Currency or Trading platforms.

This position will be on site in London 3 days a week with 2 days remote. For this role, they can provide sponsorship and a relocation package if you are looking to come work in the UK!

What you'll do:

• Work with the Head of Product Design to evolve and articulate a best-in-class user experience, designing and delivering outstanding feature improvements and advocating best-in-class UX across the platform
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance the user experience, with the ability to synthesise Product Strategy, Technology, Research, User Testing and Modern Design Patterns to achieve the desired outcome
• Practice user-centric methodologies and being hands-on with user research, problem defining and leading cross functional workshops
• Run User Research sessions to challenge assumptions and validate ideas across our key user groups.
• Support the Product Manager in monitoring and improving the overall UX based on analytics and research
• Prototype new features and improving existing functionality through user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and mock-ups
• Take responsibility for the quality and cohesion of functionality across the product's various touchpoints
• Champion UX best practices across our suite of products and services
