School PA (Temporary)
Classroom Teachers are currently seeking a PA with educational experience to work in a South East London based educational establishment. This is a temporary role 3-4 days a week but for the right candidate has the potential to turn into a permanent position.
General duties will consist of providing an effective and efficient PA service including diary , copy typing ,travel , event and meeting management to the Head Teacher. Collating & preparing documents and reports ready for presentations and meetings. Gate keeping & main contact for the Head. Attending & noting meetings .
It is essential that you be highly organised with a flexible working attitude ,be an excellent communicator and time-manager with the ability to work under pressure. Experience in MS is essential ,with a working knowledge of a school based system SIMS etc desirable.
Please note: We undertake checks on all our candidates in line with safeguarding legislation. As such, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £40.00 at registration.
