Tinsdills are a progressive and ambitious firm with offices in North Staffordshire and South Cheshire. Specialist departments provide a range of legal services for personal and business clients including: Agriculture, Commercial Property, Residential Property, Personal Injury and Compensation, Company and Commercial, Wills Trusts and Probate and Family Law.

We are recruiting for a Private Client Lawyer to play a key role in our continued growth and development.

You must be an experienced and enthusiastic lawyer with, ideally, at least 1 years' post qualification experience and be able to work largely unsupervised. You must be fully computer literate and familiarity with case management systems would be advantageous. This role does have secretarial support.

The role is based at our Leek office where we are looking to develop our client base and as such the ability and enthusiasm to promote yourself and the business would be beneficial in any application.

The successful candidate will cover all areas of private client wills and probate work and the position provides an opportunity for significant personal and professional development. The ability to work effectively with clients and their external advisers is essential.

You must have excellent technical and organisational skills and the desire to provide high levels of client service at all times. This role will also include marketing, networking and the active promotion of the firm.

The successful candidate will be personable, self-motivated and flexible with a strong desire to set and achieve high personal and business standards.

This is a hands-on role within a progressive and expanding practice suited to a driven lawyer seeking career progression.
