Job Description
The Administrator shall:
General administration duties as and when required
Assist the Senior QS with preparation of Interim Payments and Final accounts
Liaise with subcontractors/suppliers to ensure timely submission of invoices
Monitor and update reports for invoicing KPI's
Collate invoice back up information for Client when requested
Assist with raising of PO orders as and when needed by the helpdesk
Have the ability to work independently and on own initiative
Adapt to include any other duties requested by Senior Management staff

Essential -
GCSE Maths at Grade C/4 and above or equivalent
Demonstrate competent IT Skills to include Microsoft Office
Desirable Criteria -
Experience in IFS software or similar system
Experience of facilities management or a related service industry
National Schedule of Rates Experience
